Diagnosis

Mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green; mesoscutum with raised and strong reticulation, notauli indistinct; scutellum with engraved and weak reticulation; forewing speculum open below; female gaster short, MM/LG = 1.2; small species (1.3 mm). See also inflatus.
